Purina Pro Plan Sport Performance 30/20 Chicken and Rice Formula High Protein Dog Food - 37.5 lb. Bag

I’ve had my German Shepherd on Purina Pro Plan Sport Performance 30/20 Beef & Bison since she was a puppy, and it’s been great for her. Her breeder recommended it, and our vet backed it up too—said it was perfect for her energy level and growth. She’s one now, full of energy, super healthy, and her coat looks gorgeous. This food has really kept her in top shape. No picky eating here, she finishes every bowl with a few added treats inside. Our local pet store was out of it this time, so we ordered it online for the first time, same exact food and it was less expensive. I usually pay $28 for the same size bag in the store. I love the high protein and how easy it is on sensitive stomachs, which GSDs are sometimes prone to.

My dog likes this food! He is a super picky eater, but he actually runs to the bowl when I serve this! It smells fresh and doesn’t cause any stomach issues. So glad we found this brand.

As a Dachshund breeder, we go through a lot of food. We ordered 6 bags for puppy go home bags. We use Purina Pro Plan 30/20 due to the nutritional content for our adults and puppies. During the weaning process we grind the kibble into a powder and mix it with formula to soften it for them. While the kibble is hard, our puppies are able to bite through it by the time they are 5-6 weeks old. Each bag came in perfect condition without damage. Food was delivered on time and the woman that delivered the boxes was very sweet.

We had been feeding our dogs this exclusively until they suddenly went up on their price and not just a little bit but like 20%. So now we're trying a different food. Blue Buffalo it's expensive but about the same as this actually and the dogs seem to really like

My dog Riker loves this food!!! It is on the expensive side but worth it!! He doesn’t have skin or ear issues and it makes his coat beautiful!! I can even say he doesn’t shed as much as he used to. You have to watch out for the ingredients they put in all foods, especially for animals. So I would recommend any of the Pro Plan products. Hope this helps!!

We had our dog on random dog food for the first year of life (kibble, puppy chow, etc.) and by the time she turned one she was visibly too thin (ribs were showing) even though she had 24/7 access to food and water. After doing some research, we decided to put her on 30/20 dog food, and chose Purina Pro Plan. Not only did she love the taste, it worked wonders to help her gain the weight she needed. She’s a medium sized dog (pitbull) and has nice muscle tone. This dog food does not disappoint! It’s never caused any sort of tummy issues, and though it’s quite expensive in comparison to the random brands we used to buy, it’s well worth the money. A 48 pound bag lasts around 3 months. Plain appearance, but that’s not a concern for us.
