Not what’s pictured
1/15/2021 Update: I changed my review to 5 stars because the customer service is outstanding. I’ve purchased items in the past that were good but when it came down to customer service, they were just horrific. It was not the case with these guys. Although the item was not what I expected, the seller did everything they could to make it right. Because of the outstanding customer service, I would not hesitate to purchase items from them in the future. I hope this helps anyone looking to purchase from them. Here is a warning. What you see in the picture is NOT what you get. I posted pictures of what you actually receive. When o got my package, I saw that it was different so I requested a return and exchange. They sent the same one back to me (which was different than what’s pictured in the listing). The cross bar support is on the bottom instead of up higher. The stands are ok and not meant to hold heavy weights. The stands wobble around trying to do dips so I can’t see how you can put hundreds of pounds on them. If you want to get the item pictured from the listing, do not order this. I don’t recommend this item unless you’re using it for light weights.

Not bad for the price
Fairly sturdy and easy to assemble. Metal is fairly thick and does not bend when the bolts are tight. The tools provided can be used but they suck so I recommend using a better type of tool to get the bolts tight. The side-to-side stability is good once the bolts are tight, but I would not recommend putting more than 250 pounds of weight on the weight arms as they sit to the front of the upright arms. Don't know how much weight they can actually hold. I also recommend putting sandbags or weights on the front legs as the unit will lean to the rear when returning the weights to the racked position. The sandbags solve the issue. There are no safety spotter arms on this unit but if you can drill a hole at the location needed the dip handles can substitute for a safety spotter arm. I also added a cross bar at the top between the two uprights for added stability. All in all a good bench press and squat rack for $100 bucks.

Excellent basic squat rack
This squat rack is no frills but outstanding. Assembly was very simple and straightforward but this set was nice enough to include detailed, easy-to-follow printed instructions with a clear visual guide. Took probably less than 15 minutes to put it all together and get all the bolts tightened. The rack handles and safety spotter arms are very convenient, easy to move and work great. The handles can support a barbell and are also ergonomic enough to do dips or even inverted pull ups with. My favorite feature is that the width between the two support columns is adjustable from very wide to narrow (two feet). This helps tremendously if you don't have much space. The diameter of the holes in the support columns are generously sized as well ; I attached a weight-holding lever arm for belt squats for some variety when I get bored with doing the regular version. Very sturdy and stable yet also very lightweight and easy to move around, which is another huge plus. And at under $100 it's very price-friendly, too. If you're looking for a high-quality basic squat rack that's strong & sturdy and affordable, I don't think you could do much better than this one.

Adjustable Rack for Bench Press and Squats
Does it work, technically yes but I am not using it as intended which is good because no one should squat or bench with this rack. If they added a second cross bar for stability and used heavier gauge steel and gym pins instead of twist on connectors for adjusting the width and included weight horns I would give this a much better review, but of course it would cost much more to make. Assembly was very easy. I only bought this because I cannot find anything else that will fit in the small corner of my shed gym and allow me to rest my multi grip barbells on while still allowing me room for other items. I am resting barbells up against this by having the bottom of the barbells sit on the floor and the dip bars fit on the rack fit in the middle of the handles on the barbells. On the back I have a trap bar (weighs about 40lbs) laying sideways across the j-cups as a counter balance. In this application it is fine. Before setting it up like I am using it I tested it for curiosity sake with a 5ft olympic bar that weighs 12kg (approximately 25lbs) and it was iffy on the j-cups. The rack wobbled side to side some despite being tightened as much as possible, being on a level surface and having zero weight added to the bar. The worst part is the two screw connectors, if that is all you have to keep this together you should not be benching or squatting on this rack.

Not very sturdy, but it's cheap and works
This squat rack arrived with a plastic piece broken. It's too short for me to use properly, I'm 6'3" and even with it raised to the highest level, I have to basically half squat down to get the barbell on or off the rack. And it shakes a lot. But I have to say even with all of those negatives, it is a squat rack and it's SUPER cheap. So if you need a squat rack and don't have a lot of money to spend then this is for you. It gets the job done.

Great product
I bought this bench rack to be used in conjunction with my tower. As you can see in my pic, the middle cross bar fits nicely into my tower. It's perfect for what i bought it for. I would say considering other similar products and their price points, this is one of the better values for your money. I cannot comment too much on ease of movement because mine will stay in place. It was easy to assemble, came with all components and a couple tools. It certainly seems sturdy enough for my use.

Good price, but doesn't feel sturdy as a squat rack
For a lightweight stand, it's OK. I'd recommend using it for a bench press setup and dip station, or maybe a a portable squat stand because it is lightweight and easy to move around. As far a permanent squat rack, it's too short to be of use to anyone over 5' 6"ish. Once you try to extend the poles that high to setup for squatting, the poles really start to feel unstable.

The item which arrived looked similar to the one listed but was clearly not the same. Whilst it's a pretty decent product you should be aware that the kit you'll get is not the same as the item listing and it has been shipped from China. Parts were missing and differed from that which we offered.
