Helped my joints, killed my stomach.
These actually helped with my arthritis in my hand and harm. After using and abusing my body at work for 20 years, I started using these to help alleviate the pai. I was getting and the swelling in my joints. Unfortunately, while I got really good relief, these destroyed my ability to keep food down. I was getting very sick to my stomach and throwing up almost every day. The only thing that helped was to stop taking these. So while my stomach is happy again, I'm not sure what to take to relieve the damage I've done.
