This product was recommended to me by my physician almost 20 years ago and I credit it to be an important part of my good health. 1/2 of a glass eye dropper in a small amount of water every morning 10 minutes before anything else. I've been doing it faithfully ever since!

This is a nice product, It taste not bad but it doesn't taste very bad either. but I can handle it. I use it to maintaining a healthy liver. good packaging. will buy again

I bought this before learning much about supplementing with Selenium. It's true that we can be deficient, and that it's needed for proper absorption of other nutrients/minerals, but this product is not the solution. It contains a form that can actually be quite toxic - Selenium selenite. Please look into this yourself!Save yourself the money and do not buy this! Instead, try to get selenium naturally from food sources. Brazil nuts in particular contain above and beyond the RDA in just ONE single nut.I did try this product for a few days before learning this stuff, and it caused a lot of stomach discomfort and nausea. It's in the trash now.
