The Stainless Steel container will withstand up to 400C without damage. This means that a domestic oven or hotplate will be suitable but avoid heating directly on a gas hob. The silicone sealing ring should be kept under 180C to avoid damage.

Does the divider prevent the food from mixing between the sections?

Hello there, thank you for your question. The divider is moveable (you can slide it up and down the lunchbox) and removable. Therefore it will separate food and yes stop mixing but if you added liquid (like a sauce or dressing for example) there would be some cross over between the sections due to the removable nature of the divider.
