Perfect addition to the kitchen!
This has been a lifesaver for multiple uses! More-so for straining adobo sauce and especially if you are making juice from berries/grapes at home! Very durable and easy to clean and it does not allow for chunks to get into your sauce/juice like some strainers and cheesecloth can do. The handle is strong and it looks professional as well! The hole size is perfect for making the silkiest sauces and finest juices with minimum pulp!

Sturdy, well made
I bought two strainers, returned the other one. This one has nice thick handle, good size straining area, very sturdy. Very fine mesh - so only buy this if you want fine - not coarse or medium

Great for stocks
Pretty sturdy. Works great. Been meaning to buy for a while but didn't want to pay that much at the time but finally made the plunge. It saves me a lot of time when I make pho or stocks and so that makes it worth it already.

it's great but wash it instantly
the large size and shape of the thing means it's never going to be easier to clean than right after you use it. anytime stuff soaks and dries even a little bit, it's much more tricky to get clean cuz its bulky, so you need to find some way to soak/rinse it constantly until the dried things rehydrate and can be cleaned offgreat construction quality, no easily snapped off welds or parts

It's solid design and big
Love this thing. It's solid construction you don't have to be afraid of too much pressure using it just don't over due it but it'll last long time. Stainless is great for dish washer, strains really well for soups or broths etc...
