After using the other brand for years ie the one starting with A...I bought this one time and have decided it's much better. Firstly the colour is pure white not like other brand which is weird green tint.This makes any residue on clothing not as unsightly.I also like the feeling of the cream and smell compare to other brand.I actually use to help with bowel inflamed basically enabling the stool to transit more easy rarther than straining if constipated. It essentially then prevents piles or damage to the bowel opening etc

I think it’s really quite brave of me to leave this review, I bet you wouldn’t ;-)After trying a number of similar brands I find this one works the best for me.

Great for itchy bum syndrome

My Son has gotten great relief from this product.

After one week of treatment as per instructions I've seen no improvement whatsoever on my tiny external pile.Will carry on a little bit longer to see and I'll update the review if any changes.
