Norstar T7316E Charcoal Speaker Phone

Ordered this to replace a malfunctioning unit on our store counter and it arrived in a few days. The box looked a little shopworn and/or generic but the phone was pristine (compared to the units here in our store where the matte texture has been polished smooth from over a decade of use) and it had new and complete complement of factory provided accessories (manual, button array guide cards with their plastic covers, handset cord.) Worked fine right out of the box after hooking it up A testament to the durability and reliability of the product itself: I disassembled our malfunctioning unit that this order was replacing. Found some coffee inside that no one remembers spilling. Cleaned up the mess and it works perfectly again.

Avaya has done a good job in taking over the Nortel phones. This phone replaced it's Nortel counterpart and works just as well as it.

These phones were perfect. New condition and well worth the purchase. I wish I had the money to purchase more of these and keep some on the shelf. Only thing Is the original label covers are unbeatable due to the design. Clear plastic ones don't look as good.

Excellent replacement at half price, works like new. I had to buy 3 to replace old ones. Only issue is it is not programmed per your system, so you may need pro help.

Minus one star for the hold button looking too similar to the end call button. We have a Nortel phone system, and it installed perfectly. Also, the back of the template is blank for you to fill in the relevant information.

Just my bad luck, I got my 3 phones,..and went online for tech support, only to find they are BANKRUPT. So,..support is lacking. My phone company said I should have gotten an RCA 4 line phone instead. I got these Nortel's in refurbished condition, they look fine,...I hope I can sell them on craigslist. I think it's very misleading for Amazon to omit the fact that this product is basically an orphan, and that the company that 'stands behind it' is defunct.

I had asked if it had the Nortel Logo and was told YES but it don't. BUT work looks nice and works. Just wish they had been honest with me.

Purchased for a customer for a Nortel phone system in Ontario Canada - I frequently provide and install refurb norstar products. These phones were hands down the very best refurb units I have ever seen, in fact I have to wonder if they were new the quality is so good. The packaging was top notch and the contents were too with everything you would need. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a nortel/norstar phone or to other resellers in Ontario Canada. The order arrived on time.

Ordered this phone because one of our office phones went down. Received the phone in 2 days. The phone was packed very well and even though it was 'used' it looks brand new. Previously purchased this from my supplier at double the cost. I was extremely satisfied to get it at this price. Highly recommend it for any office environment.
