I purchased this table to alleviate my lower back pain. Did a lot of research and decided on this one and am very glad I did. It was really easy to assemble, instructions very clear. It is well constructed, heavy duty. I've been using it for a week and my back pain has lessened a lot. I expect it to take awhile but I have high hopes that my back will feel better in a short time. I use it 3 times a day for 10 minutes each time. Very comfortable for the ankles while hanging. The locking arm is long and easy to access. Great table, worth the price.

Helped my back pain already and only use inverted first at 15 degrees and now 30 degrees setting for only a minute at a time.

Got this to see if it will help with my back issues. Was not difficult to assemble and it works exactly as expected. Seems to be able to do everything the top-rated brand does, but at about $100 cheaper. Seems to help decompress my spine and will probably do better when I get on a good schedule of using it. It does have various settings to give you various degrees of incline. I am pleased with it and would purchase it again.

Me encanta, es fácil de usar, al armarlo si lleva tiempo y las instrucciones son un poco confusas, ayuda el video que puedes buscar en YouTube. Los beneficios son casi inmediatos, lo uso diario 3 min y el dolor ha disminuido considerablemente
