I ordered two of these, and they arrived in one parcel. However, they are pretty different, which is very odd, knowing they were purchased at the same time. I understand that wooden items are never going to be exactly the same. However, one incense holder is so much nicer and has rubber feet. The other one has lots of scratches and does not look brand new. It also does not have rubber feet. I really do like the 'nice' one and would love a second one of the same quality. I'm sending the other one back.

I bought this over 1.5 years ago and it's going strong - it is so lovely, made of pure wood, and is wide and deep enough to catch all the ashes.
