You can adjust the strength of the radio frequency for your comfort. This is very important in these types of units, as some people may be sensitive to the heat it gives off. The manual said it was designed for your "clients" so I'm assuming that these may be used in salons. It has 2 stylus heads, one large flat one for the face and a much smaller round one for around eye area. You need to purchase transmitting gel and never use it on bare skin. It appears well-made and responsive. I have only used it less than a handful of times thus far, so cannot give you an update yet on its effectiveness. I do feel the skin tighten after each use so am hopeful for good results. I believe that one must continue usage to keep the results.

I purchased this machine with doubts that it would be effective, (I have quite a bit of loose skin on my neck). After just two uses I have to admit that I am amazed at the difference this machine has made. The skin is much firmer and the little "turkey wobble" under my chin is almost gone! I do think, (hope), it will be completely corrected after several uses.highly recommend!

Love this product. Works fantastic and my neck is looking 80 percent better. Don't expect results over night but you will get results. I love it

I've used this product as instructed on the manual for the last 3 months and have seen no result. I feel for the price you're better off just gettin a PRP facial and you'll be more satisfied with the result.It's lightweight to move around and easy to use. Just NOT EFFECTIVE.

I just started using the Panda Box and so far happy with the results. I was even happier with the quick customer service and response to my questions (Thank You!) I've noticed that it works best when you're lying down on your back and using the wand with the end tip horizontal to the ceiling. Imagine yourself in a recliner at the day spa. I do this instead of sitting upright where the wand is not as effective. It is very similar to the model in an aesthetician's office. There are various examples in the mini brochure that show different patterns of wand strokes. Experiment and try them all. Must use with the gel.

Works great so far, I tried it out and seems to work well. Very easy to set up. I like the directions that tells your which way to go.

This thing works amazing. That is if you can get it to keep working. I got one but it died 2 weeks in. This one is completely dead 4 days after I can no longer return it. Don't waste your money.

No user manual came with the device. The small tip looked like it had been repaired with superglue.
