Excellent customer service. The product stopped working for me, but I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. It's a great product that works really well. Easy to set up. Instructions easy to follow. Once set up it connects automatically when you turn on your headphones

The past few weeks I've bought cheaper versions of this type of product mainly something where you just plug a usb stick into your TV. The problem with those type of products is they can work but with wireless headphones like mine, there is no way to turn up the sounds so you end up with an output where it's incredibly quiet or inaudible if you like eating crisps whilst watching a film like me. I've just unpacked this, watched the tutorial and within 10 minutes I've set this up and got it working. I have Bluetooth Sony earbuds and testing the sound volume ans it's perfect. Thank you much for creating a product that actually works and for solving my frustration with this. Would 100% recommend this product and well worth the investment. The fact that you have to plug this into a power source is further suggestion that it has been designed correctly for maximum output. Don't waste your money with other cheaper product variations. Buy this!

Don’t normally write reviews; been seeking a unit to work with Apple AirPods as the most comfortable ‘headphones’ to use. Amazed at how this was a plug and go with instant pairing and working over the 3.2 mm audio cable. Sound quality as food as tv speakers or inexpensive sound bar. No background noise when on mains or from TV. If the sound bar is used simultaneous (for my wife whilst I use AirPods to compensate for my slight deafness) there is a very very slight latency echo which strangely enhances the ease of listening to speech. The volume control on TV adjusts volume to AirPods whilst the sound bar connected by optical cord has its own separate volume control so works independently. Interesting plug the audio link into a reasonable quality Denon audio unit and that works and with good quality sound. I suspect others are looking for a solution to allow use of Apple AirPods to provide enhanced hearing aid and this review is for them rather than those seeking perfect quality audio.

Had a dodgy Bluetooth connection between my top end Samsung 2023 TV and my Sony headphones and Samsung ear buds which kept dropping out and loosing sync, this great little box has solved that, easy to setup, reconnects with no effort and has boosted volume levels so saves on the battery in the headphones / earbuds as you can have the volume on lower on these, great device would recommend for sure.

This product is much smaller than expected and makes it very easy to conceal behind the TV. I connected the unit to the TV using the optical audio lead and the USB power lead that were supplied in the box, there are other connection cable’s included in the box if you have 3.5mm headphone connection or RCA audio connection. I am using Avantree Headphones with this product so there is no noticeable latency in the sound at all and the sound quality is excellent. You can use other Bluetooth headphones but you may notice a sound delay between the video and audio. Pairing the headphones was very simple and took less than 15 seconds and if you have volume controls on the headphones they will work but there are volume controls on the unit if not. You can also add a second pair of headphones that can be used at the same time. I would highly recommend this product as excellent value for money.

Paired with my old headphones no problem, audio keeps in sync and has a volume control as a bonus. The audio quality is also a step up from the old model. It has a number of connection options so it should work with just about any tv. After using this for while I have experienced quite a bit of latency with the audio. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to make me consider getting an alternative. This is disappointing, because an older - and cheaper - transmitter I had from Avantree - which this model replaced - had no such problems.

I failed to succeed with a different brand so was sceptical if this would work but it did & pretty easily too. Connected it to an old but good Panasonic tv to give Bluetooth sync with my AirPods Pro. There are 3 different set-up methods & the 1st worked for me. I didn’t think it was connecting tho so tried to accomplish set-up 2 which wasn’t going to be doable when suddenly the 1st connection to method 1 just happened so I guess mine just needed a few minutes alone to do its thing. I find too that if I leave my AirPods case next to the tv that I get audio in the earphones immediately, otherwise if it’s further away it can take a few minutes in my house to come thru. It lets me control volume either via my tv remote or the AirPods too. Didn’t need 2 out of 3 of the wires provided either so pretty tidy overall. & it’s all included, no need to buy extra double jacks (which weren’t shown in the listing at the time). Really pleased with this, I’m not good with tech stuff but even I managed this & really glad I did.

When I opened the Amazon packet I found the Avantree Audikast Plus packet had already been opened, one of the seal tabs was missing and packet tab was very slightly torn. Expecting the worst (ie a rejected item) I plugged it into the TV analogue audio and USB output sockets as required. All of the LED lights lit for about one second as expected. Opened my Galaxy Earbuds2 case and extracted them, expecting to spend a lot of time messing around trying to pair them to the Bluetooth transmitter. I admit I was a bit shocked when the sound in the Earbuds was immediate! The volume level was rather low, but easily compensated by turning up the TV volume. (When the TV analogue audio output socket is used the TV speakers are disconnected by inserting the 3.5mm jack plug) Tested ok over a range of 15 meters through a partition wall. There is a slight sync delay estimated at about a quarter of a second, only noticed if looking at the person's lips. Not HIFI quality by any stretch but adequate for general listening. Switched off the TV and tried to connect again after half an hour. Pairing was not immediate, and as I had left the Transmitter in the ON mode I switched it off and on again. Pairing was then immediate and Earbud sound available. Well it performs pretty much as expected, would have been better if it had not lost pairing on TV switch off, but it does work which is more than the cheap 10 pound version did.

Ho atteso qualche settimana, prima di scrivere questa recensione, perché desideravo testare per benino il prodotto in oggetto. Quindi passiamo alle mie valutazioni e impressioni. Partiamo con Il dire che il trasmettitore è molto compatto pertanto poco ingombrante. E' fornito con vari tipi di cavi audio oltre che di un cavo usb che serve, tra l'altro, anche per alimentarlo. Ha un tasto per l'accensione e lo spegnimento quando non in uso. Per configurarlo ho seguito pedissequamente quanto riportato nel manuale di configurazione allegato. Come da loro suggerito, ho collegato l'apparecchio al mio tv Sony tramite cavo ottico. Una volta impostato il sottomenù "suono" del mio tv come da manuale, il dispositivo risultava perfettamente configurato e pronto per l'accoppiamento con le cuffie bluetooth. Le cuffie da me utilizzate con questo apparecchio, sono una coppia di Sound Blaster JAM V2 (sempre acquistate su Amazon) dotate di Bluetooth 5.0 e di codec audio avanzati, aptX™ HD e aptX™ Low Latency. Anche in questo caso (seguendo la manualistica a corredo del trasmettitore e delle cuffie) l’operazione di riconoscimento e di accoppiamento delle due cuffie con il trasmettitore è stato abbastanza semplice. Una delle caratteristiche di queste cuffie, oltre ad aver la già citata gestione del codec Low Latency (fondamentale per seguire l’audio con il TV) è la possibilità di regolare direttamente l’audio in cuffia facendo diventare superfluo l’uso del telecomando del TV. Tornando al trasmettitore, posso affermare che le cuffie, una volta accoppiate, restano memorizzate con i rispettivi canali anche se dovessimo spegne sia il trasmettitore che le cuffie. Il trasmettitore inoltre, alla successiva accensione si imposterà automaticamente sempre sul canale LL (Low Latency). Per quanto riguarda la latenza, con le mie cuffie Sound Blaster JAM V2, non ho notato nessun ritardo nel labiale ne alcun tipo ti interferenza tra le cuffie e il trasmettitore segno questo, che il sistema così configurato lavora davvero alla grande. Ultima nota l’audio e buono ovviamente, non aspettatevi effetti Dolby Atmos, Digital o similari. Il sistema non è nato per questo. Per concludere, posso affermare di essere estremamente soddisfatto di questo apparecchio perché soddisfa molte delle mie necessità come dimensioni ridotte, utilizzo di entrambi i canali audio in simultanea, assenza di ritardo e/o interferenza con le cuffie ed infine, la possibilità di tenerlo spento quando non in uso. Cosa dire di più se non ottimo acquisto da consigliare.
