I got a set of Luigi Botmioli old fashioned glasses from my wife for my birthday and fell in love with them, so I decided to purchased these since my wife has always disliked my heavy pint glasses that I brought into our marriage. I love the look and feel. They feel a little thin for me and my clumsiness, but it is the feel my wife loves. I was surprised when the rim of one glass chipped on its first trip through. The dishwasher. Very small chip and smooth not sharp. I immediately contacted customer service and had an email response offering a replacement before the end of the day. Overall, I am very satisfied. These will not last until the end of the warranty due to me having a 6 year old and a 2 year old, but we will love them while we have them.

Truly beautiful glasses. They arrived in perfect condition - very well packed. I ran them through the dishwasher without issue and we’re very pleased with them. I appreciate the flat bottom that doesn’t hold dishwasher water. Heavy in a good way. Not overly heavy. Quality glassware that is very attractive and functional. Definitely not for kids use at this price or weight, but ideal for adults. Highly recommend!

These have lasted much longer than other brands I've purchased. They are well made and have a good heft. Best thing is they don't break often in my house -- and we are tough on anything made of glass.

I don’t understand the negative reviews of these glasses. They are heavy on the bottom (which is a life saver for this spiller) and feel like delicate glass. They are slender enough for me to hold comfortably in my arthritic hands and they have an edge that’s pleasant to drink from. This is my third set over 4 years, slowly replacing really old glasses. I haven’t chipped or broken one yet and we are NOT gentle with them and they have survived clanking in the dishwasher. For all their beauty, they are functional and in my experience have held up completely👌

I purchased this set within the last year and only have 2 remaining due to the rims developing chips. Although I love the look and feel of these glasses, I can't justify the pice due to the chipping.Please note, I live alone and have never had this issue with other glassware or crystal.
