Cheap and break easy, but ...they are cheap.
Buy these for my work radios we use. They break easily, but thankfully are fairly cheap.

Great replacements for orgignal cradle
We use the radios on a jobsite and the cradle/holsters often break, get lost, or forgotten. These are cheap enough to buy in bulk to have on hand for when needed.
