Household Essentials 24 Pack of Cedar Balls

These cedar balls are about the size of a kid's bouncy ball you find in dispensers at the mall and grocery store. Very fragrant. Very satisfied with the whole Cedar Fresh line - I purchased a Cedar & Lavender spray from them to use in conjunction with the balls. I use the balls in little sachets I sewed myself from a brand spankin' new handkerchief, which I then placed in small zip-up sweater bags containing my cashmere and my woolen sweaters for the summer months. I used about 4 balls per sachet, which seems sufficient. I'd buy them again, and probably will in a few years!

Pretty, but barely any cedar scent. Moths aren't going to even know they are there. Small wood decorations they are! Works as well as anything since I have them.

these function exactly as i would wish - they smell fresh but not strong at all, and i put them in my off-season clothes boxes to keep moths away. the cedar is smooth and well-sanded, it will not pull on any delicate clothing with burrs or knots.

Smell great, long lasting, great protection for storing winter sweaters, etc.

There is nothing wrong with the product..I just felt trapped between moth balls that set off my asthma and put pesticides into environment and these non toxic balls that require cutting cedar trees. Cedars take a long time to grow and are in short supply..so I felt like I wasn't sure which was the lesser of two evils. Its a case of feeling your wrong no matter which u choose. Im hoping someone has a better solution. Im old and disabled and can't afford to replace my old clothes. They fit, their paid for and that's good for me. Now if there was a more ecological way to keep away moths, silverfish, etc..Im game.

Only really effective one season. These balls certainly can fit down inside your clothes! So, not long lasting but decent price.

I got these to make my drawers smell like cedar. I can't smell them even when close to my nose. Maybe they work against moths but I was disappointed they didn't smell more.
