These are a game changer. If u have a cast iron, you need these. They keep the cast iron hands cool so you can move your pan while cooking. Also gives great grip too. I’ve just been using one for about 6-7 months now and they hold up great. I’d definitely say you can get 8 months of daily use out of one of these pot holders. Great deal getting a set. You can also wash these in the washer and air dry.

It works exactly like advertised. Keeps the handle of my cast iron and carbon steel pans from burning my hands. Unlike the silicone handle covers, these are super easy to slip on and off. They are not easy to clean since the fabric and the quilting hold onto the dirt. But they don't get that dirty in the first place unless you're doing a lot of deep frying or something else that splatters a lot. I've hand washed with dish soap and it was fine, but I would not try putting in the washing machine. I recommend buying the pack of 4 so you can have extra on hand as replacements. Worth it for the price!

Love these handle covers. best for cast iron skillets!Saw negative reviews from people leaving them on during cooking and leaving on in oven. Seriously???Should not have to tell people how to use them but here we are.For the people who know how to use them these are great CI skillet handle covers.I do not recommend for stainless or any other pans or skillets as handle can be "slippy" with handle cover,

Wish they offered different lengths. I have some vintage 10” frying pans they are too long for.They do work, and keep your hands cool.
