Works Great
I've been making clothes from linen fabrics which require softening. Being I can not tolerate synthetic fragrances this product works great, just have to use a little more as it's not as concentrated as Downey

Great for sensitive siin
No odor, safe for sensitive skin. Clothes come out very soft, with no static cling in the dryer.

*First container showed up broken in the box. Amazon shipped another same day :)This stuff goes great with my Mrs Meyers detergent

Did not like the smell.

Good product, awful packaging
The product itself is good but the bottle was perforated and slowly leaked on my shelf and laundry room floor... not too happy about that

DOESN'T do what it's supposed to do!!!
Very disappointed!I was hoping for a lusciously thick product and I got a watery weak product that doesn't work.I DO NOT recommend this product!!

Found it cheaper
It does a good job. You can find it much cheaper at Costco.
