The plastic ball is a larger than a normal woman's mouth...the leather strap is sturdy and secure but the part that comes together is a bit close to the ball so it ends up on the edges of the lips which could cause irritation if not lubed.Nipple clamps are adjustable but not nearly strong enough for proper domination.I would say for the price this would be an average product with an above average ball size.

It’s near perfect for the price. Real leather and nicely made. I would say do not expect the best materials at this price. But it definitely is a fun ball gag. It would have 5 stars paced on quality at the price. But the screws on the clamps aren’t going to l hold up. They are loose out of the package. But I won’t be using them anyway at the tension of the clamps is good.
