Cost effective and a simplistic design steamer which occupies minimal storage space
I have been using this type of steamer for many years and the brand doesnt matter at all. Works perfectly!Pros-1. Simple design no frills2. Very cheap3. Starts producing steam relatively quickly4. The small sprout - dont under estimate it - it is sufficient to give a good steam to cover your face5. Occupies minimum space during storageCons-1. Heating element tends to rust if its kept dipped ij water even after usage. Please follow below to increase longetivity of heating elementTips-1. After use, remove heating elements and hang it on a hook to draim water and dry. Else it will start rusting2. Never put eucalyptus or vicks inside and mix with water. At the exit of sprout there is space to keep cotton dipped in eucalyptus or vicks3. As far as possible dont use hard water. Sediments tend to deposit on the heating elements thereby reducing efficiencyI assure you that hy following some of these simple.precautions, this will last many years. My earlier one lasted after 5 or 7 yrs before it started rusting. Then i just threw it away and bought a new one- this!Hope the review was helpful? Please let me know

Not great quality
Bought the product in late September. It's exactly 3 months and the system stoped working. Sparks are arising from outlet and no heating. Sparks reoccur while trying to heat the system.Please look into replacement of product.

The media could not be loaded. Not a great product may be defected piece .. the lid doesn't lock properly .. have to be careful hot water can spill out

Very bad design! It gave me burn injury
I received a product that has such a large and square hole for a nozzle out of which hot water started gushing out, fell on my leg and gave me burn injury. I was lucky it was not very bad. This is very bad design. Even if this topples a lot of water will fall at once on you and give serious injuries. The cap also doesn't turn and open but has to be pulled out which is risky too
