Good Percolator
Makes good coffee, easy to use and clean, thought colour a bit odd but it looks great. Very pleased with purchase.

Great Product and very good seller
This coffee machine is probably the best by far. It is very easy to use and clean. It produces excellent cups of coffee, without bitter taste. Even when I make strong coffee, still no bitter taste! Which is very important for me.The company is great and solving issues immediately.Very easy decision to recommend it!

Great Coffee but...
This really does make great coffee but only at the time of making... Thing is, you can make up to 12 cups in one go and then it keeps whatever you do not use warm (and I stress warm). The "warm" coffee tastes naff after only about 30 mins and so we got used to making just what we need at a time and as there are only two of us it would be better if there was a smaller version

Easy and space saving.
Fed up with the old type percolater. Takes up less room on the side and I think looks much nicer, love the design. So Quick to boil and stays for a long while. Really easy to clean an prepare. Very happy.

A bit of a faff
I bought this percolator as my old filter machine needed replacing and I have had percolators (both electric and stovetop) before and always thought they make better coffee than filter machines or cafetieres. I like the copper finish of this percolator which is very stylish. I have ground my own coffee beans to ensure that the coffee is not too fine as I know from previous experience this can be an issue. Filling the basket can be a bit messy. The instructions tell you to remove the basket once the perking has finished. I have never done this before with previous percolators. I emailed the seller querying this and apparently you don't have to. I have tried both methods. Removing the hot, dripping basket is a real faff and very messy - where the heck do you put it? I ended up dumping it rapidly in the sink so now have a sink full of coffee grounds to clean! I have also tried leaving it all inside the pot and pouring the coffee. It tasted fine but it had some coffee grounds floating in it and the cup had some sludge at the bottom. However, I still think the coffee is better when percolated and if the pot is left on the base the coffee is kept hot. I am happy enough with the purchase. The issues I have would be the same with any percolator so it is purely a matter of choice how you prefer to make your coffee.

It is not necessary at all to remove the basket before pouring the coffee
This wonderful coffee percolator arrived safely yesterday. After the initial cleaning I ground my favourite coffee beans coarsely. It makes superb coffee. I have had a Beaumark coffee percolator for a number of years but the knob eventually broke and I couldn't find a replacement. This beautiful new one from Coopers of Stortford appears to have a sturdier knob so hopefully it will last much longer.Very pleased with the results.I filled the pot to just over the 6 cup mark. Ground 35g (just under one and a quarter ounces). It has made two lovely cups of coffee with a little left over for topping up. Fill it full of water and the correct weight of coffee it will make 12 cups. It's the Perfect Copper Percolator.

Brilliant
This Coffee Pot is really good and keep the coffee hot without stewing it the best one I have had

Cheaply made and packaged poorly.
I bought this percolator as a present, but not that impressed, it came in a non-branded brown cardboard box, not much protection within the box, the nob to the lid had not been fitted properly or had sustained a knock from the poor packaging. The mains power base part was just stuffed in the box, no specific segregation within the box. The product itself looks cheaply made to me, the spout is made from very thin metal so does the lid, I'm half expecting the nob on the removable lid to breakaway in the future as it's just a snap in piece of plastic latching onto very thin metal in the lid. Not used the product yet as it's for a Xmas present for my wife, I'll probably end up buying a different brand in the not too distant future!
