I take these to reduce the risk of age-related mascular degeneration. As I read so much, I would absolutely hate to lose this ability, and anything that helps in this regard, I am willing to take.B12 also helps to boost the memory, and although we all know that supplements don't work overnight, since taking this, I don't have as many 'Now why have I come into this room?' moments.It's quite early days yet so may come back to comment when the supplement has been in my system a bit longer.

It seems good but the problem is whether you are able to absorb it, it depends on how damaged your intestines are If you looking for something with better absorption I'd look for something sublingual.
