Works great if you get better adhesive.
I installed this with the included adhesive and it fell off the next day. I reinstalled it with 3m tape and it works great. It’s very easy to slide a mic onto. Much better than the metal prong kind. It works with various sized mics. It fits my CB radio as well as my ham and siren remote that has a larger mounting stud than the other mics.

Great holder
Strong glue and a great size. Holds the mic super well.

Get what you pay for
Not much to say. Simple. Fits my RSM fine. The garbage sticky pad came off after a day and won’t stick back on. Put it on for a day to let it “cure” but after putting the RSM on it came off overnight. I’ll use 3m tape. If it wasn’t $5 which I got free from AMZN points maybe I’d care more.

Don't buy it.
Fell right off and I cleaned the area with alcohol. Problem is, the plastic mic clip fell right off the 2 sided tape. It was put on at the factory. The tape stuck to my truck really well. Having trouble getting it removed. Don't waste you money.

Nice and cheap but terrible mounting tape
I like the color, price, and simple design. It's functional, but the biggest flaw is the adhesive. The holder fell off within a matter of a few minutes. I then crazy glued it onto the dash and the next day, the clear adhesive backing remained on dash but the foam part of the adhesive backing fell off along with the plastic holder and my CB mic. At that point, I removed the foam part from the plastic holder and directly krazy glued the plastic to the dash. It has not fallen off since (been a few days only).

Not much to say. It hold the mic just fine. Has double back tape on it

Replace the double sided tape
I bought this knowing the double sided tape supplied with the holder was probably not very good. Lots of reviews here say the tape gave way shortly after install. I never used it but had some 3M heavy duty double sided tape laying around from another project. I simply cut a new piece for the holder and applied the tape to the holder and firmly pressed. Waited about 15 min then applied the holder to where I wanted it installed then waited a day before hanging the mic on the holder. Thus far its held great! I placed the mic in a spot where I was always lifting up instead of trying to pull it down to my mouth that way when not thinking or acting fast I don't accidentally pull it off the mount or crack/break anything. I have had no issues with it cracking or breaking at all. I am actually planning on buying a second one for my ham radio in the future. Highly suggest this mount since it doesn't require drilling. At the price it is listed a small roll of 3M heavy duty is not that much more.

Poor quality tape.
Although it arrived on time and in good condition, the quality of the product is poor. The double sided tape failed after less than 20 minutes and I found my mike on the floor of my truck. The tape stayed where I had mounted it but the holder fell off. I replaced the original tape with a 3M product and everything is where it should be. For the price I expected better.

Works great for marine vhf
I never had an issue with adhesive. At least not so far. I use it as a secondary holder for my mike on my boat. It is out in the elements and stays put with mic even in big waves.

Included self adhesive does not hold
I picked this up because no one local carries the standard metal clips, it seems. Shipping and availability of the metal clips from Amazon were going to take over a month. While the clip holds my Cobra mic securely, the self-adhesive on the clip doesn't hold at all. As soon as my Jeep warmed up in the summer, the adhesive released. It might work with epoxy or other permanent bonding glue, but the included tape does not work at all.

nice and compact
nice and compact, thinking I'm going to need a stronger fastening agent than the foam tape affixed to the back though.
