Definitely not unflavored. It tastes gross and gooey. It does not mix well and makes whatever you put it in —even if just a touch— taste disgusting. I’m so upset since I spent almost $150 and had to toss it. I’ll stick with Benecalorie for my daughter who is recovering from a transplant. Benecalorie doesn’t have the best texture but it doesn’t have a taste like whatever this is. Please save your money and do not buy.

When you’re on the go or just a few calories short these are great! Blends easily with water - no clumps and goes through feeding tube with no issues. My go-to when I need to add additional calories to my day without weighing me down. Definitely will buy again!
