Will this fit a astra gtc 2013?

I'm sorry but im not sure! However it fitted my Astra SRI 2011 perfectly I think they are fairly universal.

Are there instructions on how to replace it, can you please advise how to replace it myself?

I can't remember if there were any instructions provided but I viewed a YouTube video which showed someone removing an old gearstick lever and replacing it with a new one . I just copied what I saw and to be honest it was very simple to do, it took approximately five minutes to remove the old one and replace it with the new one.
