PERFECT for our 3 year old! Very well built and sturdy and love the smaller size!
I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of this swing set!!! As long as you have people to help with assembly, I say BUY IT NOW while it's still in stock! It was by far the best quality one for the money and I spent hours and hours searching online.INSTALLATION: it took 4 of us around 6 hours total (including cleanup) to built the swing set and we worked right along, organized everything quickly, with multiple drills and no hang-ups so I'm not sure the 4 hour thing is realistic unless you're used to building swing sets as a job. That being said - laying out the wood on tarps organized by letter and the bags of hardware in numerical order (you can just use the lid of the small box) was really helpful so we could quickly locate parts and not get frustrated. They recommend screwing the base piece of wood on the slide before you put the slide together - this didn't make much sense to us so we pieced it together, then drilled and it went super fast and required no extra measuring/guesswork.ENJOYMENT LEVEL: Our 3 year old LOVES this!! The chalkboard is excellent - the chalk (not included) shows up so well on the plastic board - all chalkboards should be made out of this stuff lol. The rock wall is so cute and easy for young climbers to learn on and there's plenty of space to hang out in the tower or underneath it. We added a pirate wheel and a play telescope and he enjoys both of those aspects but they are definitely not necessary.SAFETY: As a parent, my favorite thing is that this isn't a humungous swing set so I'm not worried about him climbing up alone into the tower or being in the tower even if we are in another part of the yard or watching through the sliding door - I feel safe with it being closer to the ground than some of the larger, more expensive ones. The slide also isn't too huge so I'm not worried about him falling off of it. The fort in general is very well enclosed with the wood bars and mesh on the sides. I REALLY like that for his age, the fact that there is only one side that's really open of the fort so there's no accidental falls out of it backwards or anything. I'm 5'4" and weigh 135lbs and can swing on it (it does sway and the wood makes noises more with me, but it supports me just fine!) and I also can fit up in the little fort with him. The slide is narrow so I cannot fit down that but the sturdiness of the entire set is great and we are very pleased with it! My dad weighs just under 200lbs and also could sit on the swing - he didn't really swing - just sat - but it didn't have a problem holding his weight.EXTRA: We also added cute little solar deck lights to the side and the top and they worked out really nicely. Intense installation with a million different pieces
I was a little hesitant to order based on reviews about damaged pieces, but everything came in good condition and all the parts were there. It said installation should take 4 hours but it took us a little over 6 hours, so it was extremely intense and honestly some of the directions were labeled a little confusing. You have the option to download the BILT app to go step by step, but I found it super annoying to hear so much repeating and it used too much of my battery so we used the paper directions to finish.Overall this is a super cute swingset and perfect for toddlers/small kids. My son is 2.5 and it's great for him, but Im thinking by the time he's like 6-8 we're going to have to upgrade to something different. All pieces came in good condition, and everything is braced well for maximum support but the wood does seem soft and not that durable. If you tighten bolts too hard it will be extremely easy to damage the wood.

Doable to build alone
This set is pretty sturdy. It can hold my weight and I’m not small. Be sure to put on level ground or it can tip. I’d say if your kids are older than 5, this is too small. Construction was pretty easy. Took about 5 hours alone. All the pieces were there. It’s very sturdy. I saw a few reviews about it being wobbly, they must have built it wrong. Instructions are easy to read and understand. You just need a tiny bit of sense. If you don’t have that, sorry. You will need a drill with spade bits or some sort of bits to make holes in the wood for the anchors and for the slide. Having an impact will greatly speed up the process.

Made for toddlers, not older kids.
Bought this for my toddlers because they love swinging but everytime we go to the park, they get sick. So we decided to bring the park to our backyard! I will say, its very short and the swings go almost to the ground. My toddlers are 1 and 2 years old and their feet was hitting the ground when swinging, so we had to adjust the height of the swing a bit so they can use it properly. With it being a shorter swing as well, its definitely not great for older kids. The club house portion by the slide is small, and I feel an older kid would outgrow it in one summer. With us having toddlers, I feel we will get a few years out of it before they out grow it and they truly love it so much. The instructions were clear, the screws were labeled but a pain to sort through them all and find the right ones, the wood is softer but not too soft where I feel it'll cause a problem. I love that it has safety nets on the upper part where the slide is so kids dont fall off. Its sturdy with our toddlers but my 7 year-old nephew was swinging on it and it was lifting off the ground which is another reason I dont think this is a good fit for older kids.

Great swing set!
Perfect swing set for our 3 and 5 year old! My husband was able to put most of it together by himself in about 4-5 hours. There are a lot of screws and bolts and the directions look overwhelming at first but it’s actually pretty easy if you take it one step at a time. The kids have been playing on it every day and it seems to be holding up very well! Great swing set for the price!
