customer service
5 star rating for customer service. This was a fathers day gift and the wheel ended up cracking a couple months after. We couldn't find a replacement wheel and even though we were outside our return window the seller graciously worked with us to rectify the issue. Wonderful experience!

Look for something else
Good quality material, pretty much everything else sucks! Battery life is a disaster! I got it out of battery while I was by the beach (around 3 hours ) and I went to a friends house to charge it back on. I charged it 4 lines ( out of 5 ) and I got to ride for 2 blocks until it turned off completely again! The speed is not impressive either! It ‘s kinda heavy ( I weight about 107 pounds ) and I can’t lift it up to go down two floors. Other than that, very nice product! I wish I could’ve return it but because I bought right before the quarantine started I wasn’t able to try it on. And then the return window expired by the time I was able to try it on.

Fixed original impression
This was purchased as a gift for the BEST mentor EVER and it arrived broken. With a day to spare the vendor sent a replacement with absolutely no red tape WHATSOEVER!! The scooter itself zips around the office and was the success we knew it would be!! Both product and vendor were AMAZING!! Now I need a few for me and mine! :)

Max distance about 2.5 miles
I did a lot of research before purchasing this scooter. For the price and the reviews as well as the warranty, it looked like a good deal. However, the directions are poorly translated, there were no assembly directions (though it is simple to be fair). The biggest L though was that it takes a long time to charge and the max range in only 2.5 miles. I'm about 200 pounds. I planned on using the scooter to commute to the gym and work (In Chicago), each about a mile away. When it is charged, its great. Not great on terrain but will go the full 15 miles an hour, but only when fully charged. Also because of the way the display works and the measurements of energy, there is no way to tell how much juice the scooter actually has. It may drop to one bar while you are driving then shoot back up to three of four whole stopped. After that, the max is maybe 8-10 miles an hour. The gear option is interesting, but not practical since it is difficult to change it while riding. I just left it on the third gear the whole time. Annoyed with lack of range most of all. Currently in process of returning it.P.S. If you plan on getting a scooter for commuting, I feel like the tech isn't there yet for the cheeper options. If you aren't spending more than about $500, I feel the scooter probably wont live up to expectations.

Sturdy
The scooter is well made and holds up well going over bumps and curves. I do wish it had a little more power though.

Only lasts for 2 miles!!
I should have never bought this. It arrived about 2 weeks ago and I took it on little rides around the neighborhood and it was fine for small trips to the corner store. Yesterday I tried taking it for a joy ride and after charging for 5+ hrs it dies after 2.2 miles. The battery was very very hot and as the battery bar (that’s right, from the first battery notch) starts going down you can feel the scooter slowing down as well. I am sorely disappointed.I got it to eventually start using it to commute to work, but that for sure will not be happening.
