Inoperable system
I recently purchased the ACR Guardian system. After installation, I tried to sync the Tag and Hub and was unable to get the Tag to power up (green light would not come on), causing the system to stay in the alarm mode. I sent what I believe is a defective Tag unit back for warranty and will see if the warranty service is better than the product seems to be. So far, I am not impressed.
