I do like these, even baking. It is not easy to transfer without a sturdy pan underneath. I also didn’t realize that the two pans produce different size buns.

Very happy with these! They are holding up to multiple uses and they’re not too flimsy. You should definitely spray them down with cooking spray for better release, but that’s to be expected. Recommended!

I use these for my keto baking. I love that this came with two size pans. I use them both which really helps with portion control. They are a bit flimsy and you cannot hold them with a single hand without them getting a bit floppy. I place them on a cookie sheet and they're good to go. I do spray them with avocado oil on occasion and sometimes that is hard to remove, but otherwise they're pretty easy to clean. I use them a couple times a week and will definitely keep using them for my baked goods.

I have been deceived with the name; it’s not for the choux pastry (eclairs) rather than for fashion eclairs.

Perfect size bundtlet. Cakes came out somewhat easily and in tact. I put in sheet pan for sturdiness. Otherwise it would’ve been a mess getting in and out of oven.

These are a relatively ductile silicone. They do not support themselves while empty and when loaded absolutely need another tray below to support them.I cook 'egg patties' (like on a fast food breakfast sandwich) to make egg mc-muffins at home. I spray these moulds with olive oil, and add a small amount of water, and then the egg. The eggs come free easily with only a little sticking around the top edge. A small amount of egg will stick to the silicone itself.Cleanup is the only place I would dock this product. It is somewhat difficult to scrub cooked on egg off because you have to scrub it *against* something. I own many products that claim to be non-stick. This item isn't, but it doesn't stick much either.

Product description claims no plastic added... pinch test (which, to be fair, is not all that scientific) suggests otherwise. In comparison to my other silicon bakeware, this seems less substantial and less flexible - these observations aren’t very scientific either! I would worry about putting it in the oven. I made peanut butter cups in them, and they were delicious! They popped out of the cavities very easily, and the chocolate I spilled on the edges washed off easily. However, three inches on a ruler doesn’t look that big. Holding a 3” peanut butter cup seems bigger than usual. Eating a 3” peanut butter cup is a monumental task not for the faint of heart! (I managed though.)

Ordered this product in October 2020 for $18.99. I want to re-order but now it costs $47.00? What????Love the product. Wish I could just buy the one size. I don't want both sizes, especially for $47.00.

Item works well and whatever you bake in it pops right out. The only drawback I have with it is that it is not very sturdy (flimsy) and you have to be very careful carrying it (when filled) to your oven or toaster oven or you may loose some of your filling

Good product. The larger tray has side walls that are perpendicular to the bottom; the smaller tray's sides angle out from the bottom slightly. Both easy to use and clean.
