Oh my! The reason mine didn't work was because I had the top cap on upside down! I figured it out. The diffuser is amazing. If it doesn't have steam or scent the cap is on wrong. The pointy part needs to be facing downwards.

Best difusser hands down! Lasts 10 hours and the kids love the different colors! We got two for the kids rooms. Will definitelly be ordering more! Highly recommend it!!!

Great First Diffuser!
The media could not be loaded. I received this as a gift, I have never owned one before, but have been wanting one. My whole family is pleased with it! I forgot to put the inside lid on the first time and water started sputtering out, but once I figured out what I did wrong and fixed it - everything worked fine! If you need to move it, I suggest sliding it slowly near the base so that it doesn't tip. The instruction manual is very clear and easy to understand. I attached a photo to show how bright it is when the changing light setting is "off" since that question has been asked. You can pause it to stay on any color you choose. You can also set it to auto-shut off after 1 or 2 hours, or just let it go until the water runs out (at which time it should also auto-shut off).
