I ordered these because I am on a low can diet. They work. I take 2 first thing in the morning and in about a half hour I have the energy I didn't have before. Seems to curb cravings also. After doing some research I purchased KETO BHB and have been using it since 1/9/20 combined with intermittent fasting. Only taking the bills twice a day, I expected the results to be decreased, but I still noticed a steady increase in energy. I have also been losing an average of 2 pounds a week.
