No vitamin C??? Not the sweetest, but competitive quality and great price.
When compared to Trader Joes freeze-dried strawberries, these are more tart. And the package says that they have no vitamins. I don't believe the freeze-drying process kills all vitamins. It's true that vitamin C takes the greatest hit, but Googling made me convinced that I do consume vitamin and antioxidant goodness when eating these. Also, just about all other freeze-dried strawberries advertised some vitamin content on their packages....

Freeze-dried strawberries
This came on time. Always a plus to have good service. Food for Health produces one of the best of freeze dried foods. We love strawberries! These will be wonderful to have in an emergency.

Overall good and fun. Sometimes you eat one that tastes like it is rotten. But I still enjoy eating the good ones and the bad ones are very few in count.
