Poor Connectivity...Looks nice UPDATED REVIEW!
4-21-22First my apologies to Artek for the delay in updating my review. I promised myself and them I would do so.After I wrote my initial review below, Arteck immediately contacted me through Amazon and offered to send me a replacement keyboard free. They sent me a code for one on Amazon and it arrived a day later. It was fully charged, which surprised me as not all of these do arrive this way. This keyboard worked amazing. No issues what so ever. It connected to all 3 of devices (my windows 10 PC, laptop and android phone) without a hitch. I've been using it non-stop since April 1st and been able to switch between all 3 devices seemlessly. There is a bit of a delay in the connection, but honestly, the 2 second delay occasionally that occurs is nothing. I've learned to adjust my habits a bit and wait and I'm good to go. I'm pretty sure most Bluetooth muliconnect keyboards suffer from this glitch... but either way I'm happy with this one.The customer service of this company alone has been outstanding and they have done everything they could to make sure I was happy. I would not only purchase this keyboard again, especially with the warranty it has, but I would purchase any product that Arteck sells and give it a chance.Initial impressions out of the box is that it's a nice looking and feeling keyboard. It doesn't feel cheap. They give you a micro USB cable to charge the keyboard with. It doesn't illuminate other than the LEDs above the buttons for multidevice. It's fairly easy to connect your devices to. Which is good, because you'll be reconnecting them often in an attempt to troubleshoot this device. I owned this product for less than a week. 3 days is all I had of a honeymoon period before it started giving me trouble. After that, it would randomly start going to sleep on me and refused to reconnect to my devices properly when it woke up. I checked all of my device settings (I'm in IT support for a living so yes I know what I'm doing). In an effort to be thorough, I even reinstalled my Bluetooth drivers on my 2 devices etc. It was a fruitless effort. This keyboard just didn't want to work properly. I even thought that it could be an issue with the distance of my pcs. Considering that both pcs were less than 5 feet from the keyboard already, I moved both of them so I was typing almost on top of them. Still problems with connecting and switching. So for the value and looks, please do be deceived. Have this company pull their stock and fix their product. Go with something a bit more established and with reviews much more positive. Returning this one and spending quite a bit more instead like I probably should have for a full sized keyboard, but I want one that works. Going for a Logitech with stellar reviews and no connection issues when it comes to PCs.

Good Product, Good Product Warranty
Overall this keyboard is a good quality product. The solid feel, the easy touch keys, the dependable bluetooth connection all make for a easy to use product. However, as with many electronic devices today, its weak spot is its connection to the charging cable. We tend to keep the keyboard plugged in at all times, so as not to have to worry about its battery dying mid-use. My wife uses the keyboard exclusively with our laptop for her work. That means at home or when we travel, she will pull out the bluetooth keyboard and and plug it into the laptop (if there is power), rather than use the laptop's keyboard. So, as a result it gets some travel wear and tear as well. After 10 months, the cord's plug must have been hit a few too many times and caused the keyboard's charge port to get damaged, causing the connection to only work if you held it with constant pressure. I was about to throw it away, when I noticed the warranty info printed on the back of the keyboard. I then emailed Arteck with my purchase receipt, explained the problem and they sent out a replacement. i received it within a week at no cost. They also assured me that the replacement was still under warranty. These folks stand behind their product!

great keyboard! -1 star printscreen button doesn't work; died after 2 years
review after 2 years of use: I love the feel of this stainless steel keyboard. It is sleek and the keys feel great. Not nearly as loud as my old ergonomic wired keyboard.Pros:- great value; a third of the price of more expensive keyboards- no separate dongle to connect to bluetooth-easily switches from work laptop to personal laptop with touch of a button.-keystroke is short, making my typing fasterCons:-Print Screen button doesn't work - it launches a MS Edge browser window instead, which is frustrating-Died after almost 2 years from purchase. Stopped connecting to my laptop suddenly in the middle of day and won't reconnect. Laptop doesn't detect any bluetooth signal from the keyboardAll that aside, I would consider re-purchasing this keyboard as it is a great value (around $30) with good performance. I hope they fix the printscreen issue. I'm unable to find any solutions online.

Unbelievable Company Follow Up!
After my original review below Arteck contacted me! Bear in mind I have had this keyboard a year. They sent me a new keyboard and it works flawlessly! Must admit some of the problem may be my clumsly fingers. It is a very sensitive keyboard. Had my wife use it awhile and she was also impressed. I believe this keyboard will last me for years. Orig Review: Have used it over a year. Held up well. Holds a charge wwell. Keeps its bluetooth connection without interruption. Has good tactile feel. Only complaint is that it types a lot of double characters. Anyone know a setting that might reduce that? I've already tried reducing the windows repeat character settingss.

Awesome keyboard
I'm really loving this keyboard. I've only been working with it for a few hours. To me a keyboard was really always just a keyboard but this feels particularly good to type on. It is much slimmer and lower to the desk than any keyboard I've ever used but it is solid and definitely a different better typing experience. I'd recommend trying one of these out.Oh and it was insanely easy to set up.
