Beyblade Metal Fury Performance Top System Legendary Bladers Set

I had no idea what a damn Beyblade was. But he loves these things. I'm happy to get him more. This is a good set to start with, and with multiple blades and rip cords, it's fun cause then I can play with him too! Hell I even have fun with it! It's also a good physics experiment cause you can take apart the beyblades and interchange them to make different configurations and see how changing them makes them spin longer or spin faster or spin more steady. Very fun.

My kids (6 & 8) love these. They are the nice metal ones (work better than the plastic ones). 6 yo was able (with a little practice) take them apart and mix up the parts and put them back together. A target employee told me that Beyblades are not being made any more (no idea if this is true) so it may get harder to find these.

My 7 year old son learned about Beyblades at recess, was obsessed with getting them, everyone else has them. The choices we researched were overwhelming, and these turned out to work just fine and be the best value for what they are. They are not junk but they are not exorbitant either.

Playing with Beyblades is a lot like watching a campfire... once it gets going, you just want to sit, watch and listen. Even though the recommended ages is 8+, we've found that both boys and girls as young as 3 and up find Beyblade battles engaging and fun (despite the occasional flare up that comes with the concept of winning and losing in any game). Of this set one rated for Attack (Pegasus), one for Defense (Leon) and one for Stamina (Orion). Of the three Orion is among the best of the Beyblades we own. When you give it a good rip, it will outlast and win most Beyblade battles.

One of these the spinning tip broke off at first use. The other two holding up well.

Not as reliable as it should be

We bought this set for my son and he absolutely loves it! The Beyblades spin for really long periods, and the quality of them is outstanding. Just the disc is metal and the tip is plastic, so it doesn't harm my hardwood floors. It even comes with a little tool to interchange the pieces and customize your own Beyblade. Great investment for anyone who has a child that is getting into the series!
