work as well as it can. i had to hydrojet my lines though, it may be good if your doing maintenance but in my case i had 30lbs or so of grease so lye or other chemicals just won't do much. best way to mix this stuff up is to make a solution in a glass bowl then poor the solution down the drains. do not just pour it down the drain as it will produce incredible heat and damage the slip nut washer. also will precipitate out and adhere to the bottom of the trap causing more problems. don't use in zinc or stainless steel as it makes toxic gases.

This stuff works great. It broke up a persistent clog pretty quickly, and now my drains are working like new again. Simple to use and very effective. Glad I tried it.

This works great ... I mainly use it for bad bad bad rusted Cast iron skillets that I buy (cheap).. I get a heavy duty plastic square container that will hold several skillets and then I put hot water in it and then pour this in second (make sure you pour this in the water secondly) and mix it up with a wooden stick easily and then place your skillets in the container and check them in 24 hours, if not ready then, I place them back in the solution for another 24 hours . Again, that's if they are badly coroded and rusted and then using gloves the entire time, I scrub them down with my cast iron brush I got on Amazon (gotta love Amazon) and clean them up, wash them again and season them in the oven. I haven't used it in a clogged drain as of yet but my neighbor had and she swears by this stuff. WEAR GLOVES AND EYE WEAR ALWAYS WHEN MESSING WITH THIS STUFF!! It works! Best stuff ever. I’ve poured numerous bottles of liquid plumber down my drain. Snaked it. Nothing worked. I saw this product and tried it in my bathroom sink. One tablespoon and poured a cup of hot water as per instructions. Waited 30 minutes and poured hot water down drain. No more clog. This stuff is amazing. I was one step away from calling a plumber. This saved me a lot of money.

Shower was draining super slow. Drain snake and draino did NOTHING. This cleared the drain in Lee's than an hour.

Sprinkle it on the clogged area and pour 1 liter of very hot boiling water over it. It worked really great. The water flow in my bathtub was very low before, but after using this product the drainage improved a lot. I’m very satisfied with the result.
