The lamp does put outa lot of heat and light but the bulbs don’t last long

I was using a 100w lamp in a 40 gallon glass enclosure, and it burned out. I ordered this one and it works like a charm. My bearded dragon loves it and it is cooler so they are even more active. Great bulb!

the light bulb was so short lived, it came in an envelope, I thought it might be broken during the shipping since the box kind of broken, and it was light up ok. But in just few days it was dead. I bought it for turtle tank, only turned on during the day, the other one I used all last for months, this one just last for few days. It was terrible to waste money on this light.

Great for my tortoise uva uvb

I purchased this for my box turtle. Heat & light output was fine, but on a timer for 8-hours/day it only lasted under two months. Bulb was protected from bumps and jostling, as well as moisture - the element just burned out.Even at this price it's not worth it.UPDATE: After communicating with the seller, and in response to their quick and generous efforts to make this good I have upgraded my review.If only all sellers were as conscientious and eager to please as this one.

Works fine for 2-3 months but then burns out. Had one that only lasted a month so if your going to buy one, buy multiple just incase it goes out. Heat is concentrated downward and provide adequate heating.

I love that this bulb supplies both Uva and Uvb. It's marked at a great price and gets the job done.

Lighting for my tortoises. Appears to be working well no issues. Tortoise are basking normally. Provides heat as well.
