Great quality, solid
one of the cables is slightly thicker than the original charger which makes me think itll last longer, it feels like great quality and its been working great for my m17

Broke after just a few months of light use :-(
Charger stopped working after 4 months of light use (I have two so it only gets used when I travel). The cord that connects the "brick" to the wall broke and the inner copper is exposed and it no longer charges. When I try to get to the support page listed with Amazon the website does not load at all.

It's alive!
My son's Alienware laptop quit taking a charge and was need of a new battery. This helped fixed the problem!

This cord is awful, it only lasted a month and had issues from day 1.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased a new charger for my laptop. I opened the box and plugged it in. I got no blue light, or indication that it was even charging. I had to plug and unplug it in five times for it to even light. Then, it would charge BARELY and the light band would never come on. Then, the literal day after my return window expires it completely goes out. I have a gaming PC and can't even game because of this faulty device...STEER CLEAR. *EDIT* / June 9, 2024 - I manually made sure to give this review a one star in every category. Amazon switched it around to five stars. I finally gave it the proper stars. I had to buy an entirely new charger, plus I was out the price of this.
