A lot of shoes skimp on insoles (very cheap design) and it effects the life of the shoe....you can definitely extend the life of your kicks with insoles like this. I probably change out insoles at least once every 2-3 months to make sure I have the protection needed for my feet and impact protection for my lower joints and knees. At this price point, frequent change out of insoles is easy to do.These insoles in particular have nice thin design that still provide protection inside; breathable and not overly cushy, which based on your shoe design, could make it tight at the top of your feet.If you are looking for 'The Good Feet Store' custom soles these aren't it....but IMO custom soles are overly priced and unnecessary anyway. You should treat your feet to fresh soles often, especially if you're on your feet a lot w/ high impact like me.I have wide, flat feet and I'm very active in sports and these work great. Highly recommend.

Super comfortable and easy to cut to any shoe.

Nice trio of foot pads. They still wear out but in comparison to others I have used they are worth it. Bad feets make you go to great lenths for comfort. No monies make you go to great lengths to save. Part of my arsenal.

These work well. I used them to replace the insole for my Sperry Topsiders. I'm size 12 and they did not have to be trimmed down. I think the ad says they are for sizes 10-12. There are trim lines to cut them down to your size if needed.

After many years of using my soccer cleats, the insoles had worn down, disintegrating away. I purchased these to help replace them and they work really well. Had to cut them to the shape of the shoe, cleats are size 8.5US and running shoe 9US. Played with them and are much more comfortable now with new insoles. For the price this gets the job done and comes with multiple if you need it for more than one shoe. I would definitely recommend!

Están super rígidas y vienen más chicas de lo que pides.No compren esto.
