The cushioning on my tennis shoes was pretty well gone so I purchased these after reading many reviews and am very satisfied with the purchase. They fit in my shoes perfectly. The instructions said to cut the edges to fit the shoe but that was not necessary for my size 12 shoes. If you have smaller, you would need to trim. If you have larger, you might need to purchased a different product.

For some reason, it's been impossible to find men's insoles that were (a) not ridiculously expensive (these should not cost $20 a pair), (b) no hard plastic, (c) no weird plantar fascitis contouring. After returning two different pairs, I ordered these. They're not super thick and they probably won't last forever, but I appreciated that they are comfortable and inexpensive.

These fit right into my size 11 sneakers and made them feel like new again. Worth every penny

This insoles are not soft like i expected in fact they are a bit hard and they have this funny side bump in the insole that at the beginning it makes you feel uncomfortable but after couple of days you get use to it ,as a regular insole replacement i will say it is a good choice and it is worth the money you pay,but if you are use to Foam air Breathable insoles this is NOT the choice to go.

Replaces shoe insert for a more comfortable walk or run, your feet will thank you

I use / interchange shoe inserts depending on my intended use i.e. running, add cushion, hanging around the house, light insert etc.). These inserts are a medium level insert, maybe suitable for walking shoes. I also mix, match, and combine inserts to get the right amount of cushion / support I need. Best feature of these inserts; value priced.
