Sof Sole Unisex-Adult Plantar Fascia Support Full-Length Gel Shoe Insert Insole

This is a well-designed product that can be cut to precise shoe size. It basically costs a fraction of what my "custom" orthotics from a podiatrist cost. The insole has a soft full-foot insole upper and a hard shaped plastic lower that extends from the heel to the midfoot and arch. The heel section has a nice soft "donut" (that's the gel part) in the middle to alleviate the pain common in plantar fasciitis. I have ordered this product twice and they have held up well for everyday wear. They may not work for all foot conditions but I won't pay for custom orthotics anymore after using these. Great product.

I take the sole out of the walking shoes I buy and replace with these. They really make a difference in the comfort of the shoe. They really make a difference.

My feet are bad and this helped. Very reasonable.

The arch "bridge" in this is pretty unique (for some reason, why don't more companies do this?), and it provides a huge amount of arch support, pressing right at the point above the heel where you want pressure. I originally got the 3/4 length version of these ONLY because I was too eager and didn't scroll far enough to see that they made full length. The 3/4 has to sit on top of another insole, and they just didn't work, but these are total insole replacement.

I tried multiple insoles to help me with my plantar fasciitis and NOTHING helped. I had a set of the 3/4 length insoles under a different brand name, and they helped. There's something about the "bridge" in these that did the trick. My heel still hurts, but I'm walking more easily, and it is getting better. I ordered a pair of these, and I am very satisfied that they are helping. Not everything works for everybody, but these are working for me.

Just the right amount of arch support and "give" due to the gel. Very comfortable! I used them for my winter boots, although very comfortable, they didn't have much support.I am size 6 - 6.5 BUT cut the inserts to size 8 for these winter boots and they fit fabulous!!! Do not cut too short!I have been dealing with plantar for a year, and have it 99% under control. These inserts are the last piece of a puzzle. Almost completely pain free now.

I've had these before, its a good product and helped with the pain. I was buying another pair because I lost my other ones, but I didnt realize there were actually different sizes. Even though the description says for sizes 5-11, if your feet are on the smaller side, its better to go straight to the sof sole website and buy the 3/4 length ones (Amazon doesn't sell them). I'm a 6 1/2 but these were way too big to fit in my shoes.

I used to be a fan of this brand. They did help with a plantar issue years ago (although not as much as better shoes). But my last two purchases have been annoyingly squeaky.
