(Just for demographics purpose: I'm 54 and I'm post-menopause.) This product definitely helped with getting hormones balanced, my mood was better and I could tell I had a little more energy than usual...which was basically none! Lol :) I can't say for sure, but I really think that it's helped with "desire" and "energy" in the "bedroom" ;) Something has for sure, because I had basically lost all desire, then suddenly a few weeks ago I felt like I could "attack" my hubby...every single day!! He keeps asking me what I'm taking! Lol :D Just in case this is what's helping me in "that" area, I'm going to keep taking it!!!!

After dealing with post partum anxiety and mono while taking care of two small children without much help from my overworked spouse, I was struggling with stress. Blood work showed I had very little DHEA and no testosterone in my body. I used up a bottle of DHEA while also taking anxiety medication. I was feeling pretty good. I didn't reorder DHEA right away. After a couple months I felt like I was slipping back to the bad anxiety, fatigue, and irritability from before. I finally remembered DHEA. After a few days back on this I was back to my normal, happy self.

Started researching hormonal changes due to the natural process of aging. I'm in my late 40"s and started to notice I was not as energetic and my mood was down. I started taking DHEA to assist with fatigue, both mentally and psychically. After a few days, I notice that my energy levels increase, plus an added bonus of increased libido, which was not expecting, I think my husband was surprised and suspicious of my drive. lol In any case, I take one every other day, since I'm sensitive and my body quickly metabolizes meds, supplements.

I have to take these and they are prob easy to swallow for everyone else but I have a hard time w any capsule getting stuck in my throat when I try to swallow. But for the most part they go down easy and the price is very good. It's a good quality and the product works. The bottle is big for the amount of pills but I don't have a prob w that. I have purchased these 2 times and will continue to do so.

This is the first OTC brand I have tried after taking the prescription. It seems to work. Good value. I like that you only have to take one pill per servings. The customer service is great!

I've been using Vitamistic DHEA for a couple months now. I take it about 5 days a week, including always on my 3 main workout days. My energy levels have been excellent, I feel great the days after my workouts and seem to get a better yield from my strength training. My overall health has been very good and I've noticed no side affects from this supplement. Everyone is different but I'd recommend giving this a try to supplement your workouts and enhance overall health.
