Nice and affordable C-stands
I was a bit skeptical about these stands because they are so cheap. Fortunately, the price seems to be the only cheap thing about them. They're much lighter than a Mathews c-stand, but they function exactly the same. They're easy to assemble and the carrying case is pretty nice too. These hold up my arri and kinoflo lights perfectly as well as useful for holding flags. I'm not disappointed in my purchase and would recommend these to anyone working on smaller film/photography projects.

I'll never go cheap again.
Up to now I've been using the cheap light stands that come with many lights. You know those tri-fold stands that always tip over because they're so unsteady regardless of how many sandbags are placed on the kegs. Yeah, those.I guess I'm just a miser for not wanting to spend the money on good c-stands like these. Not any more. These are built solidly, are pretty heavy, are fully adjustable, stable, and perform flawlessly. They are quite heavy though, it's going to be tough carrying them around to locations, but hey, that's what P.A's are for right?

You’ll regret not buying it when it was cheap!
I have held off on writing a review on these until I’ve had the chance to use them for quite a while. About 6 months later I can say that these were one of the best risks I’ve ever taken on gear. I picked them up for a shockingly, “too good to be true” price with free shipping. I figure the shipping alone on these things probably accounts for a large portion of the cost as they are very heavy which is what you want in a C Stand. Why Amazon has a “light weight” rating on here is just silly... You don’t want that. There isn’t much to say beyond that these are holding up great so far. Two quality C Stands with boom arms. You even get a bag for each stand which holds everything together. The bags are not good by any stretch of the imagination and I’d be surprised if they last another year or two, but they do work. I consider the bags just an added bonus. For the price these cannot be beat. Over the past six months I have watched them steadily go up in price. I bet they were pricing them low at first to get ratings and will eventually stabilize at a more profitable price. You won’t regret this purchase. If you are new to C Stands you need to know a few things. You absolutely have to buy sandbags for the base as well. These are huge and very heavy. They are nothing like your average tripod stands and far superior in every way.

Amazing quality - tall, sturdy and perfect for professional use
The perfect C-stands for heavy backdrops, lighting equipment and gear. I don't write reviews often but these are exactly what you need if you're looking for stands for your business. I had a question and had to message the buyer - never have done that before - they were helpful and responded quickly.

Great value and quality
Don't be afraid to buy these stands. They really are very good. And the bags are not bad at all. Mine came with the clips, but also came with two sandbags, and that's not even pictured or promised in the listing. Bonus!

Nicely Built Stands
The stands are well built. They will last for years. The bags are garbage. The handle to the bag literally ripped as I pulled it out of the shipping box. Looks like I need to find some third party bags for these because I doubt I will get two months out the bags.

I really want to review the seller...
It's a C-stand. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.I've had them for a couple years/wedding seasons (yes, I lug them around weddings) and they've held up well...But the seller...AH-MAZING!I was trying to tighten them (routine maintenance/playing) and I ended up losing a brake. Don't know if you've ever tried to find C-stand brakes online, but it's almost impossible. I managed to track down where I purchased them from, and was a little surprised the company was still in business (I intentionally bought inexpensive [they are holding up too well to call them cheap]; one does not expect those companies to last). Not only were they still in business, but they were SUPER helpful in replacing the part.I'm stupid impressed at the customer service of Matladin and wish they had more stuff I needed/wanted so I could spend more money with them.TL;DR - BUY THESE STANDS!!!

Working great and Im getting more of them.
Great price and great product. Some are complaining about the bag. I guess they might then consider paying more for stands that don't come with a bag. Mine was delivered packed in the bag inside the box and I enjoyed the way there were pockets for different portions of the stand. Might be last I see of the bags as I don't location shoot a lot. It also came with 3 little plastic bonus clips which are handy. The black grip on the pole comes loose a little easy but so far I don't rely on it to move the stand.
