This does what it supposed to do. If used properly and regularly it will aid in developing hand eye coordination and reaction speed, as well as split second decision making about how to approach a given catch. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

We have not played too much with this tool. We believe it is better for kids. Light y easy to throw.

When I first ordered this product I thought it was going to be a stiff piece of plastic. When I received the hecostix I was surprised to find that it was firm foam material. The foam is firm but not hard so if you miss the catch it won't cause any injury from the impact. The exterior is textured with hecostix shaped stippling which allows for easy gripping. I bought this product to use as a training aid for my 10 y/o son, who plays U-Trip baseball, but from the moment I took it out of the package all three of my kids (other two are 6 y/o and 5 y/o) wanted to play the hecostix color catching game. Training with this product can be as easy or as challenging as you choose to make it. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a fun and effective way to improve focus and hand/eye coordination no matter what age or skill level.

Simple, super light, thoughtful design. Perfect travel “toy.” Call out one of the 3 colored handles as you throw to partner- they have to catch handle of the same color Excellent training for elite athletes as well as struggling athletes and even appropriate for different therapies to stimulate brain, eye, body coordination. Field, pool, beach, backyard, campsite, rehab facilities, school, etc. physically and/or mentally challenged can benefit from using with therapist/trainer.

Very good products and service

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He looked at me like I was crazy and asked me to return it because he didn’t think he’d use it. It’s now in my living room and we all toss it around while hanging out!! It’s fun and challenging. We are looking forward to bringing it outside and getting some distance on it sonhe can track it
