Factory oneplus screen protector: leave on or remove?

I would leave on. Occasionally water, a bit of dust and such will manage to seep under the screen protector of the case and the one that comes with the phone gives it that extra level of protection. Also it doesn't affect the performance at all to leave it on.

Front screen protection pace of case cant be removed to improve touch screen sensitivity its great build with out the screen protection ?

The case is perfect... It is not a hindrance to the touch screen performance

Does anyone know if we can possibly order a replacement top screen protector piece?

I'm not sure about ordering a replacement. I thought someone else had said that they reached out to the company when their screen protector became marred and they sent a replacement case. Having taken mine off it doesn't appear to be something easily replaced since there is an adhesive strip about half a millimeter wide that goes around the perimeter of the screen that holds it in place, not to mention the protector itself is very rigid and can get bends in it.
