I purchased these cables 2.5 years ago, most are still going strong, They are relatively thin gauge 3 pin DMX cables, and store nicely. I have had no communication issue using these cables and have found them generally reliable and useful. they are priced reasonably, as well, as opposed to some companies who sell quite jive data cables, putting an unreasonable premium on the DMX aspect. Any breakage or issues have undoubtedly been as a result of my own fairly rough treatment of my lighting cables than the cables themselves being of faulty or poor design.I have had a ton of different DMX cables from super high-end custom made incredibly thick gauge monsters to embarrassingly thin and cheap pieces sold at a premium because they're data rated. these are good 3pin cables for the money,

The Accu Cable Ac3Pdmx25 is most certainly a true DMX cable, and NOT a microphone cable. I'm betting that the shopper in an earlier review who stated it to be a mic cable simply received the wrong product.I bought three of these cables to string between my DMX controller, LED lights and a class IIIb 300 MW laser. Note that because of its power, this laser requires a variance from the FDA, i.e., it is not a DJ toy from your local music supply store. Thus, I require true DMX cables to get optimum output. I've tried using simple mic cables, and they severely reduce the range of the laser and dim the LEDs considerably.In testing, I strung two 25 foot Ac3Pdmx25 cables together, and am pleased to note that there is NO reduction in performance. You can purchase these cables without hesitation; they work as described, and at a reasonable price.

Cables come hard to come buy if you want a good long lasting wire. This wire is very study and good when you need to plug in some up lights from a far.

I am only buying ACCUCable DMX cables from this point on! They are durable, insulated, come with velcro ties and have high quality terminals at the ends. Great cables for a great price! I'm sold! I now own 10', 25' and 50' cables form this company and they are so much better than the budget cables I used before!

I'm not an expert on lighting, so I can't really testify to the fidelity of this cable, but I've used it to control a moving head spot and it works fine.Comes with a few velcro wire ties, which are convenient (a lot of times cables just come with twist ties)Not much else to say. It's a cable, it feels heavy duty enough, and it transfers data fine. Basically what you'd want from a cable.
