Works well, bearings are easy to replace.
These have worked very well. I used them to cut openings in 7/16" OSB siding for windows and doors. The 1/4" unit worked very well but the bearing eventually ate it. This is no surprise as it is a very small bearing and it did quite a few feet (maybe 50-60 linear feet) before the bearing was burned. It is NOT a 1/4" bit, it is 7mm, I don't care what the item description says: the dial calipers say it's 7mm. The bearing stud is 3mm. I just ordered 20 of the 7mm x 3mm x 3mm bearings on Amazon so I can replace them as I want. I probably have more bearings now than the cutting edges will survive.

Worked good.
Bought these as a trial run / proof of concept. Used them to router some aluminum corners at slow speeds. Worked well but bearing failed after cleaning up maybe 6-8 corners. These are probably good for a few corners at best. Still gave 5 stars as it got done what was needed and proved my concept for $3.00 delivered. Now I'll buy a good one for $20-$30.
