Amazon Basics Adjustable Ipad/tablet Mount: Affordable, Sturdy, and Perfect for Hands-Free Use
South Chicago Packing Wagyu Beef Tallow (42 Ounce): A Flavorful, High-Quality Cooking Fat for Culinary EnthusiastsI recently purchased the South Chicago Packing Wagyu Beef Tallow (42 oz can) to elevate my cooking, and it’s quickly become a staple in my kitchen. This 100% pure, premium rendered Wagyu beef fat is a game-changer for anyone looking to enhance their dishes with rich, savory flavor while sticking to clean, diet-friendly fats.Ease of Use: 4.5/5The tallow’s butter-like consistency at room temperature makes it incredibly easy to scoop and use, whether I’m searing steaks or roasting vegetables. It melts smoothly when heated, perfect for frying or sautéing, and can be refrigerated for a firmer texture if preferred. The 42-ounce can is generous, but I found transferring smaller portions to a jar for daily use more convenient, as the large can isn’t the most countertop-friendly. The packaging is sturdy, and the best-by date (12 months from production) is clearly printed, ensuring freshness.Flavor and Cooking Performance: 5/5This tallow delivers an unparalleled rich, beefy flavor that transforms dishes. I used it to sear ribeye steaks, and the result was a beautifully caramelized crust with a deep, savory taste that vegetable oils can’t match. It’s also fantastic for frying eggs, roasting potatoes, and even baking—I swapped it for canola oil in a brownie recipe (as suggested by South Chicago Packing), and the result was fudgy and delicious with no overpowering beefy aftertaste. The high smoke point makes it ideal for high-heat cooking like grilling or deep-frying, and its fluffy texture ensures even application. Customers rave about its versatility, with one noting, “It’s perfect for frying eggs to brisket, adding richness and juiciness.” I agree—it’s a pitmaster’s dream for BBQ, especially for moistening briskets.Quality and Purity: 4/5South Chicago Packing’s Wagyu Beef Tallow is 100% pure, with no additives or artificial ingredients, sourced from premium American Wagyu cattle raised on open pastures. It’s Keto, Paleo, and Whole30-friendly, supporting nose-to-tail sustainability, which aligns with my preference for clean-label products. The tallow is nearly odorless when unheated, though some users report a mild beefy aroma upon opening, which I found pleasant and subtle. However, a recent X post mentioned 58 ppb of phthalates in this tallow, which is a low level but worth noting for those concerned about contaminants. I didn’t notice any impact on taste or health, but I’d encourage the brand to address such concerns for transparency.Versatility and Storage: 5/5This tallow is a 1:1 substitute for any liquid or solid fat, making it incredibly versatile. I’ve used it for everything from sautéing vegetables to seasoning cast-iron pans, and it performs flawlessly across the board. It’s shelf-stable for 12 months at room temperature, but refrigerating or freezing extends its life, which is great for such a large quantity. The buttery texture makes it easy to work with, and it liquifies quickly for frying or solidifies in the fridge for baking. Customers love its adaptability, with one saying, “This is the best tallow I’ve used—olive oil and this are all I need.”Value for Money: 4.5/5At around $30–$40 for 42 ounces (based on Amazon and BBQ Pro Shop listings), this tallow is a fantastic value, especially given its premium Wagyu sourcing and versatility. Compared to smaller, pricier jars from other brands (like Epic or Fatworks), it’s cost-effective for frequent cooks or BBQ enthusiasts. Amazon reviewers give it a 4.7-star average, with comments like “best quality and price for tallow on Amazon.” My only critique is that the large can might be overkill for casual users, though a smaller 11.5 oz glass jar is available for those testing the waters.Final Verdict: South Chicago Packing Wagyu Beef Tallow (42 oz) is a must-have for home cooks and BBQ lovers seeking a high-quality, flavorful cooking fat. Its rich taste, high smoke point, and clean-label profile make it perfect for searing, frying, baking, and more. While the large can size and minor contaminant concerns might deter some, its performance and value outweigh these drawbacks. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their cooking with a versatile, diet-friendly fat that delivers gourmet results.Title: "South Chicago Packing Wagyu Beef Tallow (42 oz): Rich, Versatile, and a BBQ Game-Changer"Note: Store in a cool, dry place and check the best-by date. Be aware of minor phthalate concerns from recent reports and verify with the brand if needed. Always use in moderation for balanced cooking.1 post15 web pagescan you write a review for amazon basic adjustable tablet ipad mountAmazon Basics Adjustable Tablet/iPad Mount Holder for Microphone and Music Stand (Black): Sturdy, Versatile, and Great ValueI recently purchased the Amazon Basics Adjustable Tablet/iPad Mount Holder (Black) to use with my iPad for reading sheet music and guitar tabs during practice sessions, and it’s been a reliable and budget-friendly addition to my setup. Designed to attach to microphone or music stands, this mount is perfect for musicians, performers, or anyone needing hands-free tablet use.Setup and Compatibility: 4.5/5The mount is incredibly easy to set up. It clamps securely onto any pole, such as a microphone or music stand (5/8" threading), and holds tablets with 7- to 11-inch screens (excluding iPad Pro models). I used it with my 8th-generation iPad, and it fit perfectly, even with a thin case (under 7mm thick, as specified). The clamp mechanism is straightforward, though it lacks a spring-loaded design, so you manually screw it to adjust the tablet size, which takes a few seconds but isn’t a hassle. One reviewer noted it’s “easy to set up and use,” and I agree—it took me under a minute to attach and adjust. My only minor issue is that larger tablets (like a 12.9-inch iPad Pro) won’t fit diagonally, which could be a limitation for some users.Build and Adjustability: 4.5/5The mount is lightweight yet durable, made of high-quality plastic with a 360-degree swivel for portrait or landscape viewing. The adjustable arm allows for precise angle positioning, which is great for getting the perfect viewing angle during Zoom meetings or performances. Customers praise its sturdiness, with one saying, “It’s stable and had all the adjustment I need,” and I found it held my iPad securely without wobbling, even when tapped. The clamp’s friction fit is reliable, but overtightening could stress the mechanism, so I followed the manual’s advice to check adjustment knobs regularly.Performance and Functionality: 4/5This mount excels for its intended purpose—holding tablets for hands-free use in settings like music stands, tripods, or even camera setups. I used it on a microphone stand for guitar tabs, and it worked flawlessly, keeping my iPad steady during practice. It’s also versatile for Zoom calls or online courses, as one reviewer noted it’s “perfect for hands-free viewing and nothing on lap.” The mount’s portability is a plus—it’s lightweight and detaches easily for travel. However, it’s not ideal for larger tablets or thicker cases, and the lack of a spring mechanism for quick size adjustments slightly slows setup compared to pricier models.Value for Money: 5/5Priced around $10–$15 (based on Amazon listings), this mount is a fantastic value. It’s sturdy, adjustable, and performs as well as more expensive alternatives, earning a 4.6-star average from over 95 customer reviews. One user called it “exactly as advertised, very sturdy and lightweight,” and I agree—it delivers reliable performance without breaking the bank. The Amazon Basics 1-year limited warranty adds peace of mind. Compared to brands like Lamicall or AboveTEK, it’s a budget-friendly option that doesn’t skimp on quality for basic needs.Durability and Design: 4/5The mount’s high-quality plastic construction feels solid, with no signs of wear after weeks of use. The clamp has rubber padding to prevent scratches, and the sleek black design looks professional on stage or in a home office. Some users wish it had a metal build for added durability, but for the price, the plastic holds up well under normal use. The manual advises cleaning with a soft, moist cloth and avoiding corrosive detergents, which has kept it looking new.Final Verdict: The Amazon Basics Adjustable Tablet/iPad Mount Holder is a reliable, affordable solution for musicians, students, or anyone needing a sturdy tablet mount for a microphone or music stand. Its easy setup, adjustable swivel, and secure grip make it ideal for hands-free tasks like reading sheet music, attending virtual meetings, or following online tutorials. While it’s not suited for larger tablets or quick size adjustments, its performance and low price make it a standout choice. I highly recommend it for budget-conscious users seeking a functional, no-frills mount.

Works great for what it is
I ordered this to attach to my 5/8" microphone arm on my desk (in place of the mic) and on a 5/8" microphone stand so I can use my tablet for reading guitar tabs. This mount works great. It's stable and had all the adjustment I need. My only problem with it is that it's a little small. I want to put my OnePlus Pad 2 in diagonally, but it's just barely too large to fit this holder. Fortunately, it fits fine in portrait or landscape and it seems to hold it in place with the friction fit, so I'm not too upset about it. But its unfortunate they don't offer multiple sizes for more standard-sized > 10" tablets. For the price, I can't complain.

U Do Online Courses?
Bought this for performing, but seems like it going to function very well to participate in online courses and have sheet music, backing tracks and notes all right in front of me. Cool!It seems to be be very sturdy, very adjustable and holds my devices well. I have an 8th generation iPad and iPhone 15.I was careful to have one music stand leg projecting forward under the iPad for as much support as possible. Does not seem to be tippy at all, but the music stand is a heavy duty one. Not sure how a very lightweight or flimsy stand would do. This should work well on mic stands too.The holder does not extend excessively far away from the music stand, which enhances stability.Very pleased with this addition to my gig gear!

Use not listed by supplier
Description says for use with music or mic stand, presumably for sheet music or prompting. I reasoned that it could also be attached to a high end camera tripod, and it can. I now use it for Zoom meetings, hands free and nothing on lap, light weight, stable, and anywhere I want. Best of all, collapsable tripod packs very small simplifying travel.

Works amazing, do NOT spend more!
This thing just works great. Its well made sturdy and fits my 10" tablet. I don't remember what the description says but i don't think it would go much bigger than 11" just FYI.

Kind of works - but the pieces that hold the tablet are poorly designed - you need the right tablet
This holds securely to vertical pipes. There are multiple adjustment points, allowing you to pivot and tilt a tablet to whatever angle and position you want, then tighten it to stay put. However, the piece that holds the tablet is supposed to be used only diagonally, on opposite corners, to prevent your tablet from sliding out. There are a couple of issues with this design. Some tablets have their buttons all on one side of the device, near the corners. If you don’t want your device to slide right out of this, then it is going to be pressing or covering either the power button or the volume. Either way, your device isn’t functional. Large tablets which may seem within the size range of this holder won’t fit, because the holder can only be used diagonally, and this holder doesn’t open far enough to clear the corner of a large tablet so you can get it into the holder. If the plastic disc pieces were removable, even just one of them, you could do it. Yet another issue is that the design does not allow for much variation in device thickness. If you have any kind of case, and you should, you’ll have to remove it. This leaves your device exposed to damage while in this holder. So, if something comes loose and it falls, too bad for you.Not to mention that some cases are, by design, not the easiest to remove (a case that accidentally comes off the device can’t protect it). Again, making the plastic disks that hold the device removable could also allow a millimeter or two of adjustment in thickness, allowing you to keep the case on your device. You need to have a small or medium, thin tablet, with the right layout of buttons, without a cover/case, in order for this to be useful.
