Works in reverse
I normally use Spring Valley Cascara Sagrada, but at one point I couldn't get them, so I got this in stead. My wife took them was instantly constipated. I told her to take more, and see if it would clean her out. She handed them to me and said, "You do that". I took two, then three, then eight. I went 6 days, without a bowel movement. I am now almost back to normal using what normally use.

Easier than laxitives
Prefer cascara for bowel regimen. Add papaya enzyme for extra help. Cascara doesn't cause those horrible cramping you get eith laxatives.
