This is, as stated, a heavy duty parchment paper. The coating makes it nonstick and the thickness means you will not have an unexpected tear when lifting items off a baking pan. The box is a nice size that can easily be stored out of the way and yet it has a perforated, curved opening that allows you convenient and easy access to the papers. I have used these in my bakery when I need a product delivered quickly and I would recommend these to both the home baker and the small bakery.

Perfect for making cupcakes in silicone molds! Cut to fit size and they’re worked great. It didn’t change colors during baking and the cupcakes did not stick to the paper at all. Very pleased.

They were exactly what I wanted. Good for getting burgers ready to go out on the barbecue. Good for making up hamburger patties ahead of time and putting them in the freezer, freezer to frying pan. The paper appears to be a good quality, not thin and chintzy. I will be buying more in the future.

Using with burger press. Keeps press and kitcher cleaner. Frozen patties seperate easly.

I have been using this brand of parchment paper for 5 years now, nothing sticks, keeps the pans clean. Love that it comes in convenient pre-cut sheets that fit my pans. No more fighting with curling paper that won't lay flat.I only gave this review 4 stars because they changed the outer package size and the sheets are now folded in half. It makes easier to store but now I fight with a crease. OK when making cookies, not ok when using on my heat press. PLEASE go back to full size outer box.

Good quality. Large size fits perfectly with the large loaf of bread. In my machine, my machine makes the long loaf. There is plenty of extra room.

Baking parchment fits pans well and works well for all products you are baking.
