Perfect for cookie trays!
After years of using and cutting rolled parchment paper to fit cookie sheets, I have to ask myself, why? These sheets are wonderful and fit standard cookie trays perfectly . Plus they are flat. No more fighting with rolled parchment paper to get it to stay put.

Superior Quality Parchment
I tried an unbleached version but everything baked on it stuck. This parchment is thicker in quality and is superior than most I have tried. I bake a lot and found baked goods release easily from this parchment. The precut pieces are so much easier than a roll because the paper doesn’t curl up. I will stick to this brand from now on.
