True vitamins. I switched to Dr. Mercola's B-Complex after discovering that many of the vitamins I've been taking are synthetic, as companies used to be reputable but have since sold out.

Second only to a Vitamin B Shot
Years ago, when I got my first B12 shot, I couldn't believe how much it helped me. Med Spas stopped offering those shots and I felt the difference. This supplement is as close to a replacement as I've ever found. I've been taking it for years.

Broken safety seal
The safety seal was damaged, this is the 2nd time from mercola products. Even the outer seal looks suspicious when i open it the inside seal was as the pictures
